Some of you may have seen this last year, some of you may not but as yesterday some of us were talking about this great ad by Dulcidio Caldeira and ParanoidBR for MTV Brazil’s 21st birthday, I thought I’d share it here…

Fantastic topical campaign for Phones 4U by london based advertising agency Adam & Eve on the premise that they have deals that will haunt you if you miss out on them.
I’ve been meaning to add advertising and marketing agency, Law Creative to our ranks here at BeyondM25 since meeting up with them earlier this year.
Based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire with roots in London they have a client list as long as your arm and a portfolio to match.

I have seen some brilliant examples of the blurring of the boundaries of print and digital media recently. I’m a huge fan of combining the interactivity of digital with the tactile/offline print medium which ultimately bring the piece to life and leads to a more engaging experience for the end-user. Here are some of my favourites…
Publicis Brussels made a campaign for Reporters Without Borders which won 3Cannes Lions 2011! 2 bronze, 1 silver!
AXA iPhone app by Duval Guillaume, Antwerp
BBDO, South Africa advertising the power of the Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG

Who said interactive had to be digital?
Brilliant interactive print ad for Peugeot by São Paulo based agency Loducca
Great idea by Max Gebhardt for a social media connected bottle opener that invites your friends over for a beer. Whoever has the most friends attending, gets a free case of Heineken.

Just thought I’d mention one of my favourite ad campaigns of all time, the “Life’s too short for the wrong job” campaign by German agency Scholz & Friends for online recruitment company Jobsintown.de.
It’s been around for some time now (and picked up many awards) but I just never get bored with looking at it!

Loving this retro ad campaign titled ‘Everything ages fast’ by Moma Propaganda for MaxiMidia seminars in Brazil.
Apparently the illustations are by 6B Studio but I can’t find any more information on them so if anyone out there know of them can you pass on their details.
Thanks Brett Wilson for sharing

Whilst on holiday last week, I was reading the British tabloids (which is comically expensive to buy in Cyprus) after Englands horrific display at the world cup in South Africa leading to an early flight home for the team and stumbled across this after the Germany game which nearly made me fall off my chair with laughter….
This was 2 days after the whole Lampard / over the line / how was that not allowed / wouldn’t have a difference incident. The timing could not have been better and for me it is spot on!
The speedy turnaround is thanks to it being created by the Specsaver in house creative team who were also responsible for the equally brilliant Lynx spoof ad.

Very clever campaign by Californian ad agency Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners for MINI.
MINI U.S. President challenges President and CEO of Porsche cars North America to a race!
Now, if the challenge is accepted, we all have it in our mind who has the quicker car but even when (or we might be surprised, IF) MINI lose this is going to generate huge media and social interest.
And in my mind it’s so perfect for the MINI brand.
Well done BSSP
